All this talk about Mayweather maybe being a little past it?

Shortly after the Mayweather/ Mosley fight, Manny Pacquiao's trainer, Freddie Roach, claimed that Floyd Mayweather's legs had gone. He's reasoning for this assumption went something along the lines of ''Floyd has become too flat footed''.

At first I though this was bullshit, as most people would, but then I was somehow recently reminded of something that Mayweather had said in another interview shortly after the same fight,, with regards to the shot that Mosley had him in trouble with.

Mayweather said something to the effect of ''I've been hit with harder shots, Corley's shot hurt me more than Molsey's''.

If that's the case, which it could well be, why the hell did Mayweather's legs give out on him?
Baring in mind, this was only the 2nd round (as opposed to the mid-late rounds like against Corely). Mayweather was fresh as a daisy.

So if Corley hurt him more, and he was fresher against Mosley... Why did his legs go?
