.....what would be fun about it? The bureaucracy? The power trips? The writing and handing out of tickets?

The cops have never done anything good for me, I've had people break in my car (successfully...but they stole my BROKEN cd player/car radio so I guess the Pawn Shop got screwed), try break in my house, and what happens At the end of the day all the fat bastards did was write down what I told them and what the person stole....motherfucker I could have done that shit in 2 minutes AND gone and looked for the assholes that did the crime.

I'm a law abiding citizen but I'll be damned if I appreciate the police force...it's our tax dollars paying people addicted to power to eat doughnuts all fucking day. Fuck them. I damn near caught the people that were breaking into houses in my neighborhood my damn self....easily enough a cop COULD have stopped them but oooooh no we can't afford to send just 1 patrol car to that neighborhood circa 10:00 AM when the break ins were occurring.....fucking dumb lazy bastards the lot of them

gettin bad guys bro, getting the bad guys. would love the adrenaline rush of chasing some of these dudes down you speak of. I'm not a lazy fat bastard and would catch em. And if they want to throw down, got that covered to. But yea...not so much into getting shot, so that is why I put the part about the guns, and also likely why I'd never be a cop. Not only don't want to be shot, I have have little urge to put lead in another. Maybe just a boot up a few well-deserving asses. I mean, who doesn't want to do that?

And what about this fucker at the G20 meeting? The police really lost the plot on that one. Pretty much martial law for peaceful protesters. Officer 'bubbles' really takes the biscuit though.

It would be cool to be a cop for a year or two but the fact of the matter is you are dealing with lowlifes 95% of the time and when you do arrest someone they are out in a day or two. I have buddies that are chicago cops and were super jacked about it for the first couple years but after a while it loses its luster.....

No police officer has ever been convicted of killing someone in the UK whilst on duty ever.

The medical is tricky. You have to run through Moss Side with a super soaker 3000 firing at the local hoodlums. If you make it out alive you get through to round 2. I don't even want to talk about round 2.

Haha the only places I've been in Manchester are the City centre and Trafford. I've heard bad things about Moss side, especially if anybody hears my accent I dont think I would make it out of there.

You are lucky as no public sector is really recruiting, and I think it is 2 years probation period.
