Floyd is scared and ducking pac so let pac fight someone else.....everybody hates floyd yet all these fighters keep trying to use his name to elevate themselves. Talk about him like shit in one hand, but yet cry about not getting to fight the guy in the other. What happened to fighting the best, floyd by all this ranting and crying ain't the best so go find and fight the guy who is. I don't see the big deal. The sad thing is as big of a prick as floyd is i bet he is sitting back just loving all this attention, and we the fans keep constantly falling for it. While we sit and talk about fights that aren't happening there are fights that are happening that are getting no shine. One way or another floyd haters keep this guy at the top of discussions everywhere.........silly. People seem to belive that like 3rd grade they can tease floyd into fighting or not fighting. Stop letting this guy get free marketing with all the floyd this floyd that. In the ring i actually like the guy....but even i'm getting tired of hearing about him

The thing that pisses me off the most is how the entire Mayweather camp is handling the negotiations. They haven't said sh*t!! If Floyd doesn't want to fight again this year, so be it, but just come out and say it!! If he doesn't want to fight without Roger in his corner fine. The only comment to come from their camp after Arum's deadline passed was that they hadn't been any negotiations at all. WTF. It just makes them (especially Ellerbe) look pathetic.

Every time Manny fights it could potentially hurt the negotiations as well but what's Pacman to do?? Sit on his ass and wait for Floyd? What happens if he fights Margarito and the PPV doesn't do well? Then we got to go back to the table for Floyd-Pacman fight and it fu$k's with the numbers again. What if Manny loses? The entire slice of the Floyd-Pacman money gets lowered as well and once again were right back to arguing over the split.

Like it or not the ability to not get this fight signed is clearly (in my mind) the fault of the Mayweather camp. It's retarded on their part.

Damn right negotiations would be hurt if Pac loses The fight is so mouth watering because pac is looking unbeatable! Alot of questions surrounding the fight that the fans want answered would no longer be relevant should Pac lose to anyone.

so, to sum it all up, floyd is throwing away the opportunity to silence his critics, secure and cement his legacy, erase the perception of him ducking the best and be in the most awaited, lucrative and compelling fight in decades if not of all time, just so he can relax and spend time with his family. this at the twilight of his career. i don't know about the floyd apologist but it sure seems like someone is quacking up.
