Not everyone likes, appreciates, or respects Wlad and how good he is....and those people know fuck all about boxing.
That's such a horrible overstatement; I'll let you think about that one for a while. Do you actually rewatch Wlad of Vitali's fight? Do you rewatch JMM, Gatti, ODLH, Bowe, Holyfield, Toney fights? I thought so...

You can HAVE all this boring fights the Ukranians have "blessed" our sport with over the years. You must enjoy watching grass grow, putting bamboo shoots up your fingernails, and chinese drop torture in your free time.
"Floyd needs to inject Xylocaine into his balls to gain the courage to fight Pacquiao."

    - and I quote from some random guy on the internet

First off, yes I watch as much boxing as I can stomach I would watch it all day if I didn't have to work. And yes this includes any number of Klitschko fights.

Secondly is it an overstatement? When you break it down is what I said hyperbole? I'm not saying everyone has to like the way the guy fights, I'm not saying everyone thinks he's the greatest of all time all I'm saying is that #1 Most people respect the skill level of Wladimir and #2 Most people understand that not every fighter is a face first brawler....you wouldn't ask Willie Pep to fight like Hank Armstrong, you wouldn't ask Ray Robinson to fight like Gene Fullmer.

Lastly, this is boxing not a toughman competition. This is "The Sweet Science" not some back street brawl, there are subtleties in this sport that decide who wins and who loses as much as anything else, there is a lot of nuance in this sport that laypeople or casual fans can't (or refuse to) grasp. For example IF everyone knows that Wlad is going to throw a 1-2 then how does he still land it? What you call dull and boring I call NUANCE and it just so happens to be a game changer. Did you ever wondered what made all the guys you mentioned great fighters and not just average local fighters It's the ability to box, the ability to block punches, knowing which way to circle, knowing when to roll with punches, knowing how to counter....that separates the Champions from the tomato cans and if you don't like it tough, this is the real world and being a Champion boxer takes SKILL not just brute strength, if you want to see that go watch a toughman competition or two MMA fighters stand up and trade punches.
