If you are talking all time worst then Primo Carnera was your man He lost the title to Max Baer hitting the canvas 11 times. He was as tall or 1inch shorter than another bad champion, Valuev. That fight couldn't happen because Prom died. He won the title with his feet. He kept the on top Of Jack Sharkey"s toes. It was so clumsy of him that he wsn't penalized.

he would of prob beaten some of the other title holders over the years thats how many bad ones we have had
