Using ressistance methods, for strength, stamina, flexabilty, speed and skill. Practicing nueromuscular adaptions of movement. With the material that adapts to movement the same as muscle and joints, and can be used in any direction, with as much ressistance as to suite any particular movement. The field Im exploring at the moment is Prorecetive ideas with startling results, nothing better to do with my time, but loving it. Better still so are the lads, boring its not.

Didnt you have a thread explaining some of that Prorecetive stuff Scrap? If its the thread im thinking of everyone should check that out, its real good stuff. Also Scrap, when you say agym session can be done in full using weight ressistance does that relate to the resistance band you were talking about? If so im sure you could be creative and use other methods with other resistance. Im going to start using the resistance band, i did a little workout with it and it was awsome.

Theres so many bits can be used in different ways to what they are made for. Plus what they are for, Woodys, Fitballs, chains, rollerskates, elastic sailing rope, climbing apperatus, medicane balls. All it takes is imagination, and understanding your mode of transport, your Body.
