    It builds higher threshold for pain. Atleast that's according to team pac.

    Its a form of Plyometrics, better done with 2 sticks.

    I think one stick is enough. As you can see on youtube, they're applying controlled pressure on different spots of the body.

    I would consult my doctor first before I do that kind of training. You will need a certified conditioning coach.

    I found it best with 2 Table Tennis Bats, its old hat. Been around years, just need a bit of commonsense. Based on the Bodys reaction to Feel, Helps Speed.
