and the light punching Malignaggi, Khan does not have the punching power to trouble any of the current lightwelter champs; Khan has been nothing but Hype and spin since turning pro,
With or without Freddie Roach this man is a regular fighter. Nothing special. He can't beat Bradley or Alexander and doesn’t really have the stones for maidana. Khan has been forced to take the Maidana fight, how anyone can believe the shit coming from Khan’s mouth is beyond me, Khan is fast and throws allot of powder puff punchers, but no power be hide them, he has a glass chin, or he did have unless Freddy Roach waved a magic wand and toughed it up.

At 140 he tends to overwhelm opponent with punch volume rather than power.

I'd argue that's what Khan has done for pretty much most of his career...
I'd argue that you're an idiot.

    Fight confirmed. Definatley happening!

At least this will solve most the Khan arguments, chin, genuine contender at his weight.

It's gonna be a great fight and for once a fight all fans have been calling for

I don't know if it will answer the questions surrounding his chin, I wouldn't be all that surprised if Maidana was unable to connect cleanly at all. He's not exactly known for his accuracy.

TBH, I think with Khan and his chin issues, his potential would be that of a Terry Norris type of career, if he had a Manny or Floyd chin, it would have been a Leonard or De La Hoya type of career.

It really doesn't matter at this point if he doesn't fight Maidana and goes for an Erik Morales instead, because everyone knows about the susceptibility of his chin already, but best believe sooner or later he will have to fight someone with good power that's in their prime, and he may not be a crude fighter that is woefully unpolish like Maidana.

You seem to have changed your mind a tiny little bit on Khan. Your posts have been more balanced. I agree with everything you've said here. His chin will always be the problem. If he were to beat Maidana, the issue would still be there. IT would just mean he was 1-1 against 'punchers'.

Im sorry but i can't agree at all, i think i've been very fair regarding Amir Khan. And he is a good fighter, but now your comparing him to Terry Norris ?

Terry Norris is a great fighter, there's a big difference between good and great. When he got KO'ed by a big puncher like Julian Jackson. He got right back in there with another huge puncher in John Mugabi and destroyed him.

Terry Norris is considered one of the best Jr Middleweight's of all time, aswell as one of the most skillful fighters of the modern era.

He has wins over such fighters like.

    Steve Little
    John Mugabi
    Sugar Ray Leonard
    Donald Curry
    Meldrick Taylor
    Simon Brown
    Buster Drayton

    ETC.

But i had to check that comment again, when you said if Amir Khan had a solid chin. He could have a similar career to ODLH, SRL ? have i read that right ? are you kidding me ?

I'd argue that's what Khan has done for pretty much most of his career...

    I wouldn't argue with that.
