I actually walked out onto our back patio in the wet four weeks ago and everything went into slo motion and my feet were up in the air next to my ears, "This could hurt"is about all I could get in before I hit the deck. Seemed fine, i got up brushed it off,next day carlidge pinch in the right knee. Bastard thing is still there catching me a few times a day
. Old =sore= grumpy.

- When you don't remember anymore some people in your graduation journal

Lately, my mind's becoming more empty and empty, in a state of euphoric nothiness - that's why I haven't written much these days. They say it's a sign of dementia. Strange though my senses are as sharp as ever. But well, maybe they're right...
Once in awhile, get outside in fresh air, take a deep breath & with a deep sigh, let out all the things that's bottled up inside you & be free, & you'll get a glimpse of nirvana.
