int the WBC the big one tho?

and as ward has never won it doesnt that mean he isnt the main dude?

None of the belts are the "big one" anymore. If your going back to the original belts that the likes of Marciano, Robinson etc held it's the WBA, but to me now The Ring belts are the ones that really matter!

naaa i dont agree with that

the ring belts are as stupid as some of the alphabet belts, just confuse matters even more, its just someone trying to fix something that isnt broken and braking it

as far as i am lead to believe (correct me if im wrong) the ordering of the belts go something like

    WBC
    WBA = IFB
    WBO

    none other matter

Good Frach can win a title again.

Well the WBA, WBC and IBF to me are on a par. They all have greedy arseholes in charge and are corrupt as hell. But all 3 tend to be regarded as important as each other, but I quite often talk to the older boxing fans in my local and they still regard the WBA as the top one due to it being the first one and the one you can trace back to the old timers. I try to tell them I regard the Ring belt holder highest but they just say it's not a real belt.

As far as the WBO, they have come on in leaps and bounds but they are not one of the big ones really.

The alphabet's titles are all garbage now

WBA-intentionally has 3 titles in every division
WBC-the most openly fraudulent, with the most ridiculous president
IBF- probably the most integrity of the alphabets;however, they strip belts way too often
WBO- is like a mini WBC: they love interim titles

The Ring Magazine title is the only one where, the champion is usually regarded by the general public as THE CHAMPION. However, I must admit that I dont like the idea of the magazine being owned by a promotional company.

Maybe I am looking to deep into this, but does this worry any Froch fans? Sauerland again seems to be taking control of this promotion and while Fat Mick is probably at KFC.

The Kessler fight for me was fair enough close fight hard to judge, Kessler was pressing the action and him winning the close rounds was fair enough, but If Sauerland is having this much influence with the WBC ( I don't blame the guy, getting every advantage possible for his fighter ) I just fucking hope we don't see that bent fat ugly cunt as a judge Tilleman.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion as you know but i honestly think froch battered Kessler from pillar to post and should have won a wide decision, i cannot see how anyone could have kessler winning the fight never mind by the scores a couple of the judges had it

it is a bit worrying that that could happen again

but i also think that AA got nowhere near Dirrell and his performance against Taylor was good but was taylor really at the races? i think taylor looked jaded from his recent KO losses

how good is AA? who has he fought at middleweight, edison mirranda? an old howard eastman?

i think he will have to show some steel to come through the fight and (aside from taylor) i dont think he has been in with anyone anywhere near as good as froch (queue the froch haters)

a level playing field i would put my house on a froch UD

mate it wasnt close and there were no real close rounds either

kessler got beat up for 10 of the 12rounds and won a decision in his hometown, that tells you all you need to know
    one dangerous horrible bloke
