    And no, I don't think it's a racist holiday per se, whatever that means, but I do think I would probably view it a bit differently if I was a native. I really like Thanksgiving as far as the major holidays go, but that doesn't mean I'm going to pass up an opportunity to disparage Youngblood's sexuality.

    To be honest, I'm not even sure what the origins of Canadian Thanksgiving are. Everyone knows the American story, but I wonder if we just copied you guys (and put it a month earlier to show you how aloof we are) or if there is some more interesting backstory that I'm too lazy to research.
