    I suppose I should have asked you where you live, as in, what country. Shipping costs if you are ordering online might be a big factor also.

    I live in the US. Would a 100lb bag work okay on a stand? Its not too heavy is it?

    It works on a stand but personally, if you can fix it somewhere I think it would be better.

    is a good question. you def need it to support the weight properly. they should all say what weight they hold tho, and people with floor mounts often tend to have smaller bags...and the things just fly around. not the best combo. plus there is little room for footwork. optimally it would be best secured to a ceiling mount/beam. understanding that isn't always an avail option,then a wall mount...and then lastly the floor stands if no other options.

    In the US you have lots of options, so you're good to go. Maybe if you're close to or in a city buying directly would save some $ on shipping?
