It is visually impairing for me to envison a Pacquiao locked in battle with these comparatively "behemoth" in stature, middleweights, campaigning in a category below at junior... Whereas with Pac, at his heaviest on fight night, will not be any heavier than at the range of 149-151!
If he carries more than the weight where in the past have proven the correct range for him to perform at an optimum best, then it is unwise, for the additional weight may entail sacrificing on speed, agility, or both, attributes proven as essential to his past successes.
He may win those battles.... it is after all not a shot in the dark, but he may very well be already in a no-win situation, and spurred on by his heart and a warrior mentality, could easily spell doom for his own safety! If anyone will, it will be him fighting that losing battle... 'fraid those white towels don't work on him.

So, where does Pacquiao go from here? I've been thinking about it a little bit more and a lot has been said that he doesn't do well against counter punchers. Outside of Mayweather, who are the best counter punchers in the game that are at or around Manny's weight? Marquez at 147? I still like the winner of the Williams/Martinez fight.
