He's pretty much stating the obvious. Sometimes i feel i need to also state the obvious...

So i wil : Khan was quite clearly asked if he would fight Pacquiao somewhere down the line, by a reporter. He responded with the most obvious of answers...

"We are so close as friends, it would be very difficult (to fight him). But at the end of the day boxing is a business and anything can happen."

So no, he hasn't called out Pacquiao. Yet another mis-leading Khan article where the pitchforkers will react to the thread title rather than the actual quote.

He will have also been asked how sparring has been going with Pacquiao. To which he replies...."sometimes he gets the better of me, sometimes i get the better of him", which is probably what happens, with it being sparring.

So to conclude, he isn't calling Pacquiao, nor does he think he would batter him. I hope that clears it up

Pac in the ring is an animal... Khan would be out in 3 or 4 MAX....

As they say, careful what you wish for....

But anyway, good for Khan for sparring a lot with Pac, and i'm sure there is times when he finds Pac's rhythm and gets the better of him. And that's a great experience for his own career... But can you translate Pac in training, to Pac in a sell out PPV spectacular in the ring

Khan would be in for a mighty shock..

EDIT: Yes I responded to the first post instead of reading the proper quote..... I will CC ONO for my ignorance and the fact it was nicely pointed out to me..

generalbulldogs title (clearly being mischievous ) isn't the same as the article.

This thread should have been titled - Khan speaks common sense. Fact.

Yeah i noticed that too. In fact his title is almost the complete opposite of the actual article title.

Khan is a hard guy to root for. Before I even knew who Pac was I was following Khan in the ams. But I only followed amateur boxing and up and comers...and I thought he was amazing. Then he became pro and I got a bit educated and started to hear the stuff come out of his mouth, and for some reason when he hit the canvas, and not even sure why...I laughed so gotdamn hard. But still kinda was hoping well for him because of his speed and obv natural skills. But then he would open his mouth again. And I would laugh again.

    bit of time went on...

And since moving to Roach it is getting tougher to laugh at him (unless you follow his twitter ) and I do think has potential to surprise a lot of his re-tractors. We`ll see I suppose.
