If you don't watch Xfactor then you missed out on the Cheryl Cole performance on Sunday. I'm on my phone, but if someone could post a vid of her doing her thing I promise you will all appreciate it. This one will go straight into the wank bank.

I actually think most of the singers are pretty good and some of the songs they sing are far more than a like for like karaoke, good new versions of old songs. I'm not normally a fan of any reality tv, but since watching this years with the mrs, I've actually quite enjoyed it.
