Fine this is a money making fight with Harrison, but let's say he fights 48 years old Holyfield at Wembley next, what's the excuse going to be? When did the klits called out the legit champ for 2.5 years at the division, gets an opportunity and come up with numerous excuses? I might have missed that. And 2.5 years is more than enough time and patience. So what time period should we give Haye? 3 years? 4 years? 5 years? 7 years? When the Klits are too old or shot?

You know it and I know it, when Haye fights Holyfield at Wembley next, it will be all kinds of excuses such as it's a money making fight, Holyfield can do what Foreman did, Wlad offered a bad contract, wlad is a coward, blah blah blah.

Like i said it's more subtle. Inserting numerous clauses into a contract which they know Haye will turn down, and then saying they'd love to fight him. Then you have Vitali taking on Shannon Briggs and Wlad taking on Derek Chisora. Complete bankers. Almost zero chance of losing. Doesn't put the Haye fight into any sort of danger. Haye is doing the same thing.

It wouldn't surprise me if Haye did fight Holyfield next and it wouldn't surprise me if he billed it like he was fighting a prime rejuvinated Holyfield. I understand that that's how promotion works and Haye is good enough at it to sell himself to the UK market.

It still wouldn't make me think he is a fraud. He's doing what anyone else would do. Making big money for the easiest possible fight on the way to the biggest fight of them all. NO the guy is a fraud. He calls himself the legit HW champ. Convinces the UK public that Wlad is a coward and that the fight with Harrison is a legit HW Championship fight. It's not. Would you call Briggs and Chisora legitimate competition? If not, then surely they are money making fights by their very definition. I don't think anyone is trying to convince Boxing fans that Harrison is legitimate competition because Boxing fans know better or at least should do. Harrison has a Hail Mary, but that's about it. I don't think anybody is pretending he has a good chance of beating Haye.

But that's sort of the point. All 3 have recently or will be taking on soft touches. Hell Wlad's even taking on an English soft touch. That should tell you everything about a possible showdown with Haye. It will happen. I can't believe people think it won't.

I agree with this. Don't get me wrong, Haye annoys the shit out of me but is he actually scared of Wlad? It's hard to say, deep inside he has fear for sure because everyone does but he's a professional fighter. It's highly doubtful that he's actually scared. The fight will happen and has a better chance of happening then PBF-Pac. Wlad is even fighting an Englishman!
