Win this & there's really no other money-making options out there for Arum to stick him in with. Khan won't be viable for Mayweather till he's proved definitivelly to be the best at 140, which will take him 2-3 fights. So a Pacquiao win here will mean that the two of them will almost certainly have to get it on.

It will be a new tax year & the weekend of May 7th is arguably the biggest of the year in Vegas. It will make more sense for the pair of them then it has at either point of the last 2 'negotiations'.
