What if Pacquiao doesn't make 148 (underweight) at the weigh-in?

I heard he was still at 144-146 range yesterday.

Can't he just put more clothes on?

certainly the worst case scenario is he has to pay a fine. Can't see Team Margarito saying "he's too light, no way we fight" As for the belt being on the line, that may be the only issue.

I agree. I'm sure they also have rule for that. One thang for sure, it will not be a title bout for Pac if he breaks that rule.
