Paulie is out playing bit parts in B-movies, working as a celebrity face for some watch company and being a professional blogger. I don't know that he has any ambition to get back in the ring. Matt is exactly right that he had/has zero power and that's his downfall, he always had tons of heart and I will always respect him for that, unfortunately he had nothing to make anyone fear him. At the end of the day he wasn't as fast as he thought he was either.
