What's funny is that Cotto did submit that photo which only helped the commission decide tht Maragarito WAS CLEAR from cheating against him. Perhaps because what fool would walk around a ring with about 50 people, shaking hands, if they were hard as cement? Esp knowing that Resto was caught in the ring because he was too stupid not to allow someone to grab his glove.

How stupid must cotto and his camp be that they shook margarito's hand with that wrap on and didnt know right then that it felt like a brick? Maybe because it wasn't. Miguel changing his story about the wraps was an Arum strategy to build a rematch because no one would want to watch Margarito do the same thing to him again, who would buy that?
