What it means is what we already knew. The media is a setup.

Now what you should do is never buy that magazine again. You should tell all your friends too, and most importantly spread the news about the ineptness of that magazine far and wide on the internet.

If they do not have the decency to be an effective news provider then they suck. Tell everyone and hopefully they will go bankrupt.

In the meanwhile do what I do and tell the truth about each and every one of Khan's or Haye's future opponents. I exist for the sole reason of telling people what I believe is the truth. If everybody else did that, then we wouldn't have people defending crap like Harrison/Haye.

I hope Abraham wins. I hate Carl Froch. To see him get Ko'ed would make me happy..... Not that I'll see him get Ko'ed no one is televising the fight. Cuz no one cares. lol

I'm excited for it. Hook nose could pull off the upset. He is one tough bastard and he hits hard himself, tho Abraham is the more skilled of the two. And has the better defense.

Fights need promoting by the fighters themselves heavily, which is absolutely not what Froch does. Hence, the lack of any column inches in a paper.

Anyways, I'm really looking forward to this one. In the words of the imprisoned Charles Bronson, Hold On To Your Fuckin Fillings. I say this will be a war. Can't wait....

I have to disagree with Abraham being more skilled than Froch, but he does have the better defense. Which might decide the fight, as Froch doesn't have a very good defense, and AA is a guy who you need to show a good defense against, otherwise he'll be taking heads.

This fight was postponed from it's orignal Sept/Oct date, that's why it's probably not previewed in the December Boxing Monthly

A Froch KO and Matt and One Direction getting voted off the x factor (in this weeks double eviction) would make it the perfect saturday night

Good point I never thought about the postponement when I flicked through the last few issues. I better look a bit further back then

In answer to the thread the problem is that many non hard ore boxing fans dont even know the fight is taken place and the reason for this is the fact that it is not been shown by Sky or itv/bbc.

Sad but true because this could be fight of the year.

I don't think it has helped that the fight is in the North Pole either. But that doesn't really excuse the poor hype and television coverage that has being offered

Thought so too...the location is definitely in need of improvement...

If anyone thinks this is anymore neutral because it is in Finland is kidding themselves, this looks like a Sauerland fight to me.

I would be bad if Froch gets screwed over here, hopefully it will be a fair result.

I think the beginning of the fight will be very boring. Abraham is one of the most boring early and mid-round fighters, even though he's an exciting finisher. I don't know why people think this will be any more exciting than any other Abraham fights? Froch is just going to punch his guard until the 6th-7th round when Abraham decides to fight and knocks Froch out.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
