I've said this before, The P4P rankings are a big factor. Just look at the two biggest draws in boxing. PFB and PAC. Why because common folk don't know who the champions are as they are ranked in the multiple sanctioning bodies.

People turnout to watch the playoffs, the Superbowl and the World cup. When the champ is fighting, people show up. In this boxing era, the reigning "Heavyweight Champion of the World is Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao" i.e. people understand the Champion on top of the P4P list.

Never heard it put that way, but it perfectly describes the play of things in boxing right now... And people will pay to see the guys who are at the top of their sport.. .mostly regardless of who they are against....

And should have just ignored milmascaras1. He's just going through his usual morning routine..

Shae lose to a great boxer in Floyd. A fighter that made the adjustments within the round that he almost got KO'ed. That don't say, he's washed!!! Manny is not a pocket fighter like Mayweather. Manny will pulled back unlike Mayweather pushing threw.

This fight will sell. The vast majority of PPV buyers will be causal fans that either get sucked into the hype or buy because Manny is one half of the face of boxing right now. I don't like a Mosley match up, he's fading and there's better options for Manny that are more interesting to me, but this fight will most likely be the one to happen because Mosley is the most recognizable opponent and will sell better than other fights outside of a Mayweather fight

Don't think Mosley really has 10 rounds in him..

Think he has some cracking power in his arsenal, and still enough speed to catch Manny with some good ones... But as long as Pac even fights a half intelligent fight (which when was the last time he didn't), I think by round 4 Pac won't lose a round...

Mosley gotta knock him out in the first 5 otherwise he won't have enough left in him..

He's a dangerous guy for a few very specific reasons, and an easy fight for a multitude of others...
But you could say that about nearly every fighter out there right now...

Mosley is just to old, looked toooooo flat against Mayweather, and Pac would be going backwards in his arms race with Mayweather, by fighting and beating Mosley.. In ANY fashion...

We only going to get a few more fights out of Pac, i'd rather Mosley not be one of them..
