but Pacquiao is 32 with 57 fights on the record. Other notable retired fighters didnt even have that many fights.

If PAC beats Saul they'll say Saul is too green, if he destroys Bradley, Bradley is too small even though actually Bradley is slightly bigger than PAC. There's always excuses.
No one who isn't an idiot would say that Bradley was too small for Pacquiao, they'd simply say Pacquiao was too good, which is likely the truth.
