LOL.....But even floyd incriminates himself on the footage...because he says he doesn't have an id. While driving a vehicle, he needs a drivers license. So he wasn't exactly mr smart guy as it pertains to the possibility of that coming up later. Then one can consider that Floyd did have his ID but felt that he shouldn't have to show it to get into his own house, but that's neither here nor there, because the guard opened the door first with his
"I know its you" comment.... the rest doesn't matter.

That's true about the driving license, but if I was being pushed like that I would have dug my heels in too. Why should you show ID to get into your own home? Unless this is a uniform policy that all residents have agreed to for security reasons, then it has no basis. And like you say if the guard did actually know who Floyd was then he was just being a dick. And the fact that this footage is now 'out there' makes me question the whole situation.

The old idiom, the door swings both ways, rings true again. Appearance the HOA is backing the Security Guards and has filed a Lawsuit against Floyd Mayweather. So one might conclude with out reading the charge that the conspiracy theory to get Floyd out may actually have some teeth. However upon further enlightenment by reading the claims Lil' Floyd is actually exhibiting behavior like a Prima Dona.

"The suit also alleges that Mayweather refused to obtain a transponder to gain access to the community and has refused to place identification decals on his vehicles."
In light of the above, If Floyd had actually used transponder offered to gain access to the community, no Guard interaction would have been necessary. Completely unnecessary drama.
I now conclude that Lil' Floyd is a full "Drama Queen". (no news there)
It all amount to no more than a expensive ticket Floyd. He should really think about getting his own space because he just doesn't play well with others.

Oh good lord. How is THIS even remotely supposed to reflect poorly on Floyd? It's painfully obvious that the security guard knew who he was, unless the complex is home to half of Las Vegas. Clearly the guard not only knew him, but knew that he had recently been indicted for assaulting another rent a cop. He was probably just praying that Floyd would get out of the car and poke him for being an assclown, then file a civil suit and win more money than he and his entire family would make in 10 years.
The Law suit is NOT from the Security Guard, it is from the HOA, Home Owners Association. While, I completely agree the Guard instigated Floyd's reaction, but Like I said the door swings both ways. so tell me what the purpose of NOT USING A GATE REMOTE TO OPEN THE GATE IS. He also refuses to put HOA stickers on his cars. Floyd is at war with the Association and acting like the prick he is. I said the only exception would be if the HOA wants him or his behavior out and this is a variation of that.
