How many do you usually smoke per day?

I smoke rollies so I'm not actually 100% sure, but I'd say its over 20 and under 30.

Wow, typing that actually brings it home that i'm not the light smoker i liked to think I was.

Before I went to jail I would be a social smoker I fucking hate that " social smoker" basically have say four or five cigs when having a beer, went inside and have never had a cig since, I think the fact inside all you can smoke is rollies put me off for life!! Been just over three years now.

Yes that is quite a lot of smoke there mate, Can't really give you much advice just remember when you get a craving it is usually for only 10-15 minutes so just keep telling yourself that you only have to wait for a short amount of time.
