I have a few thoughts on this question, and I think I'll give you all of them. The questions that are put forward in the survey are copen so if someone isn't sure, then clearly they have a choice of forfeiting their votes in each category, and rather discussing the overall topic without coming to one answer. Defining the difficulty of such a question is like defining one's sexuality, there will always be the ditherers who can't even commit to that.
So the short answer to your question is yes, no, maybe, and possibly 42.
