Gamboa I would like to think could be further along he has gone a bit slowly but right now I think his team is still just trying to get him out of a few bad habits he continues on with....Gamboa still has too much amateur in his style....JuanMa is right where he belongs at the moment I would like to see Gamboa step it up a bit
Daxx, thing is he beat a 35 year old RM. He was still RM, don't get me wrong. However, I just never had any doubt that JuanMa would win that fight. Caballero, John, Gamboa are tougher challenges IMO and I guess I feel like he is ready for those fights, and the fact that I'm seeing him fight Teon Kennedy, is a little disappointing.

I guess we disagree, but I'm sold on Gamboa. I say he beats Chris John and JuanMa. Maybe he is being moved at the right speed though.
IMO a 35 Rafa Marquez beats Caballero from what i saw last time out, and also i'd say he give Gamboa just as much hell
I disagree. I believe Rafa loses to the next real fighter he faces. But, we can both agree that he'd beat Jason Litzau or Teon Kennedy. Right?
I would think so...IMO Litzau was an over rated prospect on ESPN and after his loss to Hernandea I really thought he was over rated....Then when Guerrero beat the shit out of him I was truly happy to see him be exposed....I talked with Litzau before that fight to and he was arrogant as all shit talking about how he was going to use Guerrero as a stepping stone etc...As for Teon Kennedy he is just getting started in truth the guy has had like 15 or so fights gotta wait until he gets some more experience as a pro before I can really make too many assumptions of the guy but at this stage I would think RM beats him

Just a quick add on about RM losing to the next real fighter he faces I thought he was done after his second loss to Vazquez...I did not expect him to win the rematch or go the rounds he did with JuanMa..I though JM would have stopped him by the 4th

So, that means that JuanMa is facing a guy who we all think his last opponent would have easily beat? That sounds a little like stagnating...

I don't really know Teon well, but 7 KO's in 16 fights indicates he doesn't have much pop.

I like Cordoba as an opponent more than Litzau or Teon.

Yes I think RM would beat Litzau without much resistance...By Mid rounds Litzau breaks down mentally....Litzau has only been effective when he is the one dominating the fight....When he is getting the punishment back he wilts....It has been proven...Celeste was his best win for sure I think Celeste is over rated but he is no bum and he is a top SFW but not the machine they liked to hype him as...Not strong enough to keep the punchers off of him...Litzau caught him on an off night that Normally he would have been boxed silly...

I don't think JuanMa's next opp is set in stone yet so not sure who you were talking about for sure jsut assumed it was Litzau
