And there will be numerous commercials on CBS in between regular sitcoms. The general public will be very interested in this fight. This fight should make a lot of money, and if it does Bob will continue to use Showtime/CBS.

Usually when it comes to promotion, Arum is completely self serving. But self serving or not, He brings more exposure to prime time America and it need not be looked at from a negative perspective. More PPV sales equals more earnings for the fighters.
CBS has some quality stuff. They are certainly capable of producing a comparable show if not one that is improved upon and besides 24/7 could get quite redundant. It will be nice to see some new perspectives. I also don't see any limitations from the stand point of airing a 24/7 type of documentary show on regular TV. I certainly see this a win win for Boxing if they do air it on regular TV.
Great news, now if only they could put this fight on mainstream CBS and boxing will be big again in the US.

It depends on the advertisers. Advertisement dollars is what drives "Free", If they reach a viewing audience of 10 Million it's considered a hit. When viewership starts nearing 20 million everyone wants to jump on the bandwagon. I'm not sure of the exact numbers but once viewership drops below 4 million they talk about late night showing or canceling.
And as for a CBS show being censored so what? This is Pacquaio Mosely, when have you ever heard either of these guys swear or get out of hand?
It's not Floyd Mayweather. And if it was I think most of us would be happy to hear him silenced for as much as possible.
