Floyd is a PURE boxer. He's a defensive fighter. His hit-and-not-get-hit style is a beauty. He's boring to watch but he gets the job done. He's a great boxer but he's not exciting fighter imo.

Well it's part of the reason Muhammad Ali was so popular :P. I find Mayweather exciting in his own way. After all, he is a outstanding boxer...but I must admit I'll probably be more excited to see him KTFO in a fight than anything else.

Those stand out as particularly exciting to me. Suppose part of it is match-making aswell. I don't think Khan is intentionally exciting, but his vulnerability coupled with his offensive skill make for exciting fights.

Have to add...Gamboa and ring generalship have yet to meet. But he's exciting, never know when he'll get dropped on his ass and can sell out for the punch.
