Ah... sorry! guess what dude? There is no Sanctioning Fee for the Diamond Belt. It has no Title significance. It's actually a nice gift that will come in handy after the fighter blows all his money. He can pawn it first before he starts in on his other belts or use it as a bargaining chip in his divorce. When the first one gets sold well find out if its actually made with moissanite.
