It's a pretty tough ask ......... being a boxer who is Tommy Hearns' son. Jesus, have some pity on the guy.
If God wanted us to be vegetarians, why are animals made of meat ?

It don't help that his hunger desire and need would not have been as great as his dad. His upbringing would not have been as tough as his dads. Thomas hearns more than likely came from poverty (or close) where as his son would have had a more priveledged upbringing.

Thomas Hearns needed to fight, his son just wants to.

Can't blame him for wanting to be like his dad anyone who is proud of their dad would want to.

If my dad was the hitman i would have tried harder at boxing too

his name has got him a title shot when perhaps he shouldn't have been there but he still getting punched in the face and facing the same risks as everyone else so fair play to him.

Ya but dad was fun to watch, even though I hated him for knocking out Duran. Dad had a something like a chip on his shoulder when he fought, you watched him and is looked like he wanted to absolutely destroy his opponent. His punches had snap and follow though.

I can't say that for the son. He's got the skills but it seems there no will to want to hurt his opponent behind his fight. He just lacks that killer spirit that dad had.
