not the stuff I've recommended, I went and read up on the herbs essentially it's a detox. The lotion you just slop on your skin, it's actually quite good if you've pecked at a spot even though you shouldn't in case it scars BUT I'd recommend popping them if it's full of gunk otherwise it will form a hard plug under the skin and get nasty.

If people don't want the tablets (they really do work) I'd recommend the lotion. as for spots on the body I'd recommend that orange body wash by Neutrogena, that's the best of the shop bought stuff. There is more hardcore stuff but try that first.

If you're vain enough you can use concealor.
