Anyone know any quick remedies for spots?

Ok,so I have a date this weekend,but I have got 3 spots on my left cheek,very visible,anyone know what I can use to get rid of them? Anything will do!!! CC for anyone that helps!!

hot water and benzoyl peroxide

What ever you do don't pick at them or pop them (unless they are begging for it... :P) irrates them and makes them produce even more grease and damages the pours

no no no... don't mix the stuff with hot water... run a deep hot bath.... get your head under the water then get out and pat your face dry... PAT... not scrub... then put the cream on.

Unfortunately no, some of us can still eat or drink the right thing and breakouts follow. To say the least I don't eat greasy fast food nor do I drink milk shakes anymore

As far as getting rid of the spots goes, I suggest pro-active. It costs $50, but will dry the stuff up fast (plus fix other blemishes). If this chick is insanely hot (the kind thats too hot for you), throw all homophobia aside and buy makeup that matches your skintone :P
