Bullish pressure taking big toll on Acosta as he goes down...man. His mouths open and loooong 4 round coming up. Rios has it if he keeps coming

Rios may have only won 2-3 rounds so far but the knockdowns have him right in this fight. He cant get careless, because Acosta can punch and hits you when your not expecting it. His balance isnt great though.

Holycrap what a round...just hearing them land hurts. Only thing that pauses Rios are the shots from underneath but Acostas legs look bad...these guys are teeing off!! Acosta just got folded up like a lawn chair in corner off right hand....Rios via TKO. Good good fight!!!

Good comeback for Rios, Acosta dropped like a rock. Rios really needs to work on his defensive skills though.

I dont think he was getting up anyway, even if his corner hadnt stopped it.

I'm looking forward to Rios getting violently stopped in one of his future fights. I seriously don't like that cat.

from what i saw last night still no one at 135 beats Marquez, IMO he'd brutally beat up Soto, and would stop Rios pretty much like he did Diaz cause he's wide open for the uppercut all night long, and Marquez has a hell of an uppercut

He's young. He can adjust and change his style of fighting.

Damn good fights last night from Showtime.
Reyes vs Demarco was a bit sloppy for my taste but, entertaining as hell.
I was a bit confused at the end.
The WBC put up some thinket crap they call a silver belt.
Making the winner a runner up for a shot at Soto.
From what I understood apparently Demarco and Soto don't want to fight each other b/c they're cousins.
Well with Rios unseating Acosta on the same broadcast. How does Rios vs Soto not make perfect sense?
    I think it's a helluva fight.
I like Demarco but he struggled IMO with Reyes who brought a lot of pressure and had no pop in his gloves.
Reyes should have been made 2 order.
Rios showed that he has a warriors heart and a champions mind.
Kid passed a lot of tests last night.
I know a lot of people are hating on Rios for making fun of Roach.
But,the kid apologized and its done.
Kid seems to be on the right track.
Damn kids only 24. It's not like he's out beating woman up or bullying citizens.
You've got to respect he's good for Boxing and he fight every second like someones holding his family hostage.

Yup, this is what I'm saying since his fight with Peterson and Omri Lowther, Rios rehydrates to 156 lbs come fight night. That's practically what a full blown welters weight is at fight night. At 5'9" he is basically bigger than Miguel Cotto.

The question is can he take bombs at 147 like the way he's been taking bombs at 135? Is he gonna slowdown at that 147?

I don't know. He seems alright to me at his current division.
