Quite looking forward to this fight. Not sure how done Morales is. He's only been KO'd by Manny and that was at a much lower weight that he could no longer make.

He's beaten ok guys in Willie Limond and Lorenzo since. Sure you're expected to beat those guys but Maidana hasn't actually beaten fighters a whole lot better than that.

If Morales can weather the storm (and he might be able to as Maidana is about half the speed of Manny and not nearly as clever) then he could cause Maidana some problems.

I think Morales has more chance against Maidana than he does against any of the other guys at light welter, Khan, Bradley, Alexander etc. Those guys youth and speed would be too much.

Maidana should have too much, but stranger things have happened.

Agree very much with your assessment.

Maidana is slow and very sloppy, with bad footwork.

Morales could exploit that.

Or get KO'd.
