How does Rios do against the light welters?

Rios would do well against the top light welters but wouldn't win nearly as much as if he stayed at 135. The division is full of young guys with no true heir to the future and Rios looks more accomplished than all of them.

He probably has the most problems with Kahn because of his speed but has a chance to wear him down if he catches him. Zab Judah probably would've beaten him a few years ago.

Anyway any match up at 140 looks interesting but Rios is better served not finding out.

Everyone that has quick hands and has excellent footwork (135+) will beat him. Rios is tough, very strong, and stalker. He's a mini Margarito.
