Where did you hear 21st May? I've searched the net and everywhere is still saying 2nd April.

Also, warren did have tkts for sale for Clev fight but they are now down off the site.

Well for a start it re-scheduled a couple of weeks ago.

It's also on boxrec as being May 21st at Wembley Arena. Warren took the date Haye was meant to be fighting on Sky.
