Who said that ? i think Shane Mosley is way past his best. He didn't look good vs Sergio Mora, and has been very hot/cold for atleast 5 years.

Just compare the Shane Mosley now, to the Lightweight version of Shane Mosley. Who was a complete fighting machine who could fight hard for 12 rounds.
