How can anyone talk of karma after a natural disaster like that. Fucking stupid. So, when half of California eventually falls into the sea is that karma for Guantanamo, Afghanistan, Iraq, Vietnam etc etc? You can't wish ill on ordinary people through natural disasters because of the abuses of power commited by the political elite.
VD, Amat, myself, and possibly a few saddonians are California residents. Funny thing is Calfornia residents all know that the big one will hit eventually, but it's like we don't give a damn. Hey if it happens it happens.

I live on Vancouver Island, which is an area that is do for a mega-fuck quake just like the one that hit Japan. They've been telling us we're all going to die because of it since I was a kid. Hopefully, I get into the schools I applied for in Ontario before it hits, but I'll probably end up buried in the rubble of Vancouver or something.

What I am saying though is that nobody in their right minds should be wishing for it to happen and if it does they should really not be speaking of karma or anything like that. It would be a tragedy brought about through a natural disaster and that is all there is to it. You can't gloat about such things.

I still don't think that we should be pulling oil out of the ground. Its hot down there. There are solid rocks and some molten: oil is a naturally occurring lubricant and coolant.
Then we got our stripping the earth of its forests and then our actions towards the whole as if we can take over and do this on our own terms.
Guess what, we got our chance coming soon.

Yep, as they say,,, a butterfly flapping it's wings in one country can cause a storm on the other side of the world... At some point the natural balance that the world spins and survives on is going to be thrown out of whack by humans... If you literally lay out a plan of how to destroy the natural order of this world, we are sure as hell working on it... Maybe a lot slower than if we really tried, but humans are dedicated to stripping the world of what it provides without any regard for the final effects..

I'm certainly not one of those Green Climate Change supporters, but I know that we are blessed to be on this world, which is a perfect balance of a trillion different things that support our life, and we have a complete disregard for it when we strip it of it's oil from the ground and forests as you mentioned...
