Shane Mosley is a long way removed from his prime BUT it's only about 12 months since people (not myself but people who's opinion I respect) were still regarding him as a top 10 p4p fighter. He IMO has a better chance of beating Pac than he ever did Mayweather. Floyd is too good defensively for Mosley but Pac is willing to get into a tear up and with Mosleys undoubted power and the fact he still has decent speed it makes for an interesting bout. I fully expect Pac to win but I wouldn't be massively shocked if Mosley landed on Pac and got him out of there.

My prediction for the fight will be either a late Pac KO or a UD win but I wouldn't put a lot of money on it.
