That was Jesse Vargas, one of the best prospects in boxing anywhere as far as I'm concerned. Most assumed it would take Vargas 4-8 rounds to put him away, so he made a mark with that. He's actually been with Roger Mayweather since he first put on some gloves.

Anyway on your thread topic, I agree he's done, but not because of this. Some boys I know from the UK went out to NY to turn pro & they train at Gleason's & they were telling me that were doing Harris over. There may be some exaggeration, but people I could hold my own with in sparring should not be having up a former world champ.
