I rate barker very highly!!! Cleverly is a typical Warren protected/spoon fed fighter and they fight only for wbo belts and wbo in my eyes is less worthy that ebu belts

Tbh I've seen them shine in most their fights. But I remember more recently they both had bouts where they where really stuggling. Probably just down to styles. There's no doubting their qaulity tho.
