He should beat Neilson comfortably. He has more left than the Dane. After trhat a rematch with the guy who nutted him (whos name eludes me) and I reckon he takes that too. Its only world class fighters that beat Evander.
I do think he quit. He seemed to be rocked a couple of times by "Tank" Williams, which would have never happened even a couple of years ago and when he sat in the corner he said I can't see. I mean really! Could you imagine Evander getting a cut say in the Tyson fights and saying I can't carry on and I can't see? No chance IMO. He has never been a quitter and I really gave some thought about it before saying he had quit.

I didn't watch the whole fight, but I remember seein Evander struggle against Williams. Sherman Williams has been a long time gatekeeper at best. He's a tough stout bastard, but I mean seriously he's not very good. Evander should have dominated that fight.
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"

It breaks my heart a bit more every time I see one of the greatest at his weight class refusing to admit he's no more the one he used to be and who keeps going in a path of mediocrity and potential danger for his health.

I actually think Nielsen will win. I remember the Tyson fight and he took some big shots and took them well, he has a good activity level in fights too and I reckon he will bully Holyfield back and throw those sloppy combinations and just outwork him.

They are about the same level now so it will be an interesting fight if it is free to watch.
