You're a brave man boxer4life. I'd like to pick Shane too but cant see it.

I just rewatched his fights with Collazo and Floyd. I always rewatch fights in fight week and try to picture the other guy in the ring with him. Things I picked up on is that Shane was starting to tire in the late rounds vs Collazo back in 2007 until he scored that late KD due to balance. Also Luis was able to absorb everything Shane threw at him and was still able to come forward.

What I noticed about the Floyd fight was the huge gulps of air Shane was taking as early as round 7. At the end of the round Floyd turned round and looked and Shanes legs as he went back to his corner to see how weak his legs were. Also how many times did Shane try to touch gloves!? In one round floyd even punched him in the face whilst Shane was talking to him then later in the round Shane went to touch gloves again ( which floyd ignored ) what will it take to get some aggression out in Mosley! I duno if he wanted Floyd to take it easy on him but theres a time and place for being nice and the ring is neither. If he starts trying to negotiate with Manny I expect the Flip wont carry him like he did with Tony.

Those are the negatives but on the plus side, Shane wasnt close to being stopped vs Floyd like people say he was. Commentary said he was but he was still bouncing and althought out of breath he was never wobbled. Against Collazzo he kept fidning the target with the straight right. It was embarssing for Collazo.

So if we see the mixtures of the pros and the cons of those fights this weekend against Pac we could see Shane have success early and cause afew scares. Shane will be in this fight for 5 rounds. Make no mistake. Its only after the pace gets to him its a 1 horse race. Then I can see Nazim throw the towel in. He flirted with the idea last time but will do it vs Pac. If not Shane survives 12 but loses by wide margins.
