True, but waiting for Pacquiao/Mayweather is like waiting for godot.

I do... I like Pac but I like Mosely more... and pactards piss me off.

But what sport do you follow miles? like Eriks said... it'd do well to get the back page... let alone the front.

It wouldn't break my heart to see Mosley win, but it's not realistic to think he will, what i'm really hoping for is a fairly competitive fight, and not the one-sided beat-down from Pacquiao we're likely to see.

Just curious, what qualifies someone as a "Pactard"?

A rampant pac fan who lets their love of manny Pacquio over load literally any logical thought from entering their mind that can be made against him.

Not even 'against him'... it could be that boxer X from this time peroid does a certain thing better than pac does or what ever... doesn't matter - healthy debate and discussion will NOT be had.

it also helps if they know little to nothing about boxing outside of pac... your best bet is just to check youtube and read the comments on boxing videos... you'll notice the complete lack of logical thinking, ability to debate things (always a flame war) and what usually just turns into racial slurring matches.

Have you honestly not encountered one before?... or is this some attempt at being devil's advocote/catching me out or something?

It's not the first time i've heard the term "pactard", I was just curious what your definition was Adam, and wasn't trying to get slick on you.

I'm a Pacquiao fan, but there's dozen's of other pugs I like just as much, I loath pactards and others who seem to know little about boxing, lose all objectivity, and only focus on and/or idolize one particular fighter.

yeah, it's not exclusive to Pac by any means, the term 'pactard' seems to have stuck though.

I stay out of debates/discussions with fans who seem obsessed with only one fighter, it's a waste of time trying to reason with them, and pointless to argue with their infantile asses.

I made a couple of attempts at humour in my OP and that was one of them. I'm not known for my snazzy one liners, so I guess it goes over a lot heads.

I watched the Pac/Cotto and Pac/Margarito fights again today and it is impressive the way Pac is able to bust up faces. He is so fast and fluid that his punches don't even seem to be that hard, but obviously they are. He destroyed Hatton and is breaking orbital bones. A really weird fighter with all those angles and his footwork is something else. There are always several things happening at one time, he is great.

A Mosley 3rd round KO would likely get it up to page 42 and that is what I am quietly hoping for. My hopes are often dashed though. I would settle for a Mosley 6th round KO.

I am glad to see that the Floyd is a big gay option is dominating proceedings. We are obviously a very progressive crew.

I don't but in a way it could put an end to the Pac v PBF tease that we are all enduring.

Moseley has two rounds to do it and for those 6 minutes it will hopefully be compelling viewing. After that......

Some places has Mosley at +600. I'll put a $100 on Mosley for fun, so I'm hoping Mosley wins.

I'd like to see Mosley win, but it would only make Floyd look good. And we all know Mayweather would be runnin his mouth about how he dominated Shane, and yet Pacquaio got KO'd by him, so there would be no point hin Floyd fighting Pacqauio.

Most likely Mosley is going to lose every round, but he is a great fighter, and still has a big punch so he could catch Pacqauio between his punches and KO the little shit.

If Mosley was to win this is how i'd like to see it happen....an evenly fought contest, toe to toe where the advantage constantly shifts from fighter to fighter, both landing bombs and neither man prepared to give ground and Mosley breaks pacs heart and overwhelms him for a late round stoppage. That would be exciting!

If it was a early blowout for Mosley that'd be good and i could see a lot of people being happy with that but for me that would leave a lot of questions unanswered with regards to Mosley still being able to remain competitive for the duration of the fight. I think If Mosley is going to win it will be rounds 1-4 then i think pac will take over and dominate.

In all fairness i'm a big fan of both and would be happy just to see a competitive fight.
