I am amazed at what Arce has in his tank after so many wars...IOf this guy just boxed a bit more instead of going Kamikaze so often he would have had so much more success in his career...If not for the knockdown at the end of rd 4 after he was winning the round I would have him ahead by 2 comfortably right now it is a draw IMO

if it would have gone the 12 rounds i had it a draw, maybe Arce by one round, but Vazquez was aware and responding and landed a hard right on Jorge, IMO Vazquez Sr reacted more like a father than he did a trainer and he should have given his son the chance to bounce back, either way all credit goes to Arce who put on a tremendous performance and put down another fighter of a great old fighter coming back strong, much like Carbajal did against Arce himself

Were showtime saying it was premature ? if they did there fucking idiots, Vasquez's corner threw a water bottle in to get Cortez's attention to stop the fight. He took a beating in the 11th round, and was taking a non stop beating for atleast 50 seconds in the last round. If anything it went on too long.
