You know where I stand Mick, Mijares is an excellent boxer but he does get hit a lot! I think 12 rounds with Vic's awrkard southpaw style & power will be to much...

Mijares has to be the favorite but like you I support my fighters even if they are the big underdogs!!!

Well we just can not have that now .Vic's strength is for real but I'm picking Mijares to out manuever and exploit the leaks in his defence over 12.I think he more sound.

Both fighters enter the ring, Darchinyan looks stupid. Both fighters start fighting and Darchinyan still looks stupid, fight ends and Darchinyan asks Mijares if he is man enough to give him a rematch. Months later when a rematch is offered Vic says no as it just isn't important enough, or something.

I loved Oganov's quote, that muscle will win over against speed and technical smarts Great stuff.

I think Darch matured a lil' bit from his first loss against a crafty boxer puncher Donaire, after that he had a draw with skilled fighter Gorres (which imo Vic comfortably won that fight), and then he dominated the superb but down-the-hill Kirilov.

It should be an interesting fight. But I'd still go for Mijares by a close UD,... maybe 7 rounds to 5.

I got Mijares like everyone else on the book (a few exceptions to that)
I think Mijares takes Vic to school, but you can never count out Vic's power. Look forward to a great case study of the sweet science tonight.
