Was the Pacquiao-Mosley’s bout fixed?

To fix a fight implies that either fighter, the ref or one or more judges actually received a cash incentive to manipulate the outcome. This was just a stinker, and Mosley didn't come to win. Whether he had talked to Manny beforehand( apparently they are friendly ) or not isn't really signifigant, all you need to do is watch how often Mosley wanted to touch gloves with him, that's what really pissed me off. Maybe he never intended on winning, maybe he just couldn't pull the trigger and was hurt by the KD, but you can't call it a fix when the outcome most people expected came to be. I do wonder if Mosley could have made a better fight of it, but doubt this is the case really. At the end of the day you can blame Pacquiao just as much for agreeing to touch gloves all day and never really going in for the kill. I can only imagine how easy it is for a fighter to convince himself he still has a great fight in him only to get in the ring and realize he's not going to win, you can't exactly throw flak at Mosley for a couple of bad fights to end the career he has had.

I agree with all this i just think, Manny Pacquiao let him survive out of respect. I mean Roy Jones Jr did it with Mike McCallum its not the first time its happened.

Yeah but Mike McCallum came to win and tried to pressure Jones. Shane and Manny just touched gloves. Had to be getting to Shane the crowd was cheering for Manny to "knock him out" it was just...bad.. not the way Shane's career should end. And it seems everyone is kicking him when he is down. Shane Mosley's best friend Oscar De La Hoya wrote this on twitter

People ask me if I have respect for mosley?I always will even though he fought me when he was on roids.

I feel really bad if thats the case. Shane can't catch a break anywhere.
