I love the trash talk, I love the 'grudge' of it all.

Wlad being the nice guy put's me off to be honest.

I love Hayes brash attitude. It can't fail to entertain.

Haye comes out gives it the big talk, if he get's smashed to pieces he'll look a right prat, which will be very entertaining to all.

If Haye wins he get's to do all the 'I told you so' stuff. Again very entertaining.

the fact that Haye pisses so many people off and annoys so many people makes me like him even more.

But that was just a fight to drum up interest in the WBA title holder's own country...its not like Wlad's never done that...oh wait he hasn't, because he doesn't need to con people into liking him.

When people say "Wlad is boring" they mean "no one can challenge him" ...the haters will say he's boring still, but the guy is such a good fighter half his opponents are beat before they step in the ring. Wlad is a dominant champion with nobody out there to truly test him, not even the guy that holds the WBA title, the fight won't be close.
Wlad could take a lot of the guys he fights out in one round... but doesn't, which is whe he gets the stick that he does.

Opponents aside, Haye is a more exciting fighter than Wlad. He's more athletic and seems more vulnerable, which makes him more interesting in the ring. That being said, I don't think he's been a very exciting fighter at heavyweight. The Ruiz fight was fun, but Barrett was a slaughter, Valuev was - again - one of the worst fights I have ever seen, and Harrision was an embarrassment. Haye was much more exciting as a Cruiser. Would I rather see him than Wlad fight a random top 10 Heavyweight? I would say yes, but that doesn't mean Haye is a super-exciting, division-saving fighter, because he is not.

All this stuff aside, I'm really looking forward to this fight. I literally can't remember another time I was legitimately excited about a HW fight, but that's not solely a result of Haye.
you are right, he isnt the super fighter heavyweight division saver

its certainly going in the right direction since he came along tho
How so? It's still has no depth of talent, it's still dominated by the Klitschko's, and even should Haye beat one or both of them he's been telling everyone he's going to retire?

He's brought a little bit of excitement back to the division by appearing to be a legitimate challenger to the Klitschko's, no one would deny that, but when all is said and done I don't think that he'll be anything more than a blip on the radar.

Chisora could still beat Audley AND not to mention that just suggesting that this fight happen got the WBA title holder to the table to negotiate. But you just continue on with your view, I'll be sure to remind you of how well it worked out after Wlad wins.

would 99% of the population ratgher watch haye fight or wlad?

That's easy for me, I can't stand Haye, so it would have to be Wlad, and the 99% of figure is simply ridiculous.

I gotta admit though eric, your undying love for Haye is touching.
    just realistic

and i dont have a love for him, read my posts on this thread, i am saying the hw division hasnt been great and it has improved sinces hayes arrival and haye as champ would improve its appeal to a wider audience

and it might be hard for you haye haters to swallow but i believe that to be a fact

No doubt that Haye has added a bit of interest to the HW division, but what you Haye lovers don't seem to get is, Haye just isn't as fascinating to many of us as he is to you. BTW, calling me and others who disagree with you, "haters" just seems silly.
you said in your previous post you cant stand him, would you rather i call you a haye cant stander?

and i never said everyone loves him, i said the appeal is much greater than for wlad

    i am just being realistic

Call me someone who believes that Haye has built his career on hyping/promoting himself. He's managed to win a crusierweight title and pick up a HW strap, but lets be realistic here, his 26 pro fights and rather ordinary accomplishments in the ring hardly justify the status he's being given by some of his fans.

As for Haye's "appeal" being greater than Wlad's, perhaps Haye wins some kind of popularity contest in the UK, but I just don't see this clown ever having or developing a worldwide fanbase.

Like him or not, most boxing fans know who Wlad Klitschko is = the recognized HW champion of the world, flakes/pretenders like Haye, just come and go.
you obviously really dont like him mate
