I am beginning to like MafiaJoey's posts more and more. The man sticks to his guns and to be fair to the guy, he admits to enjoying watch Manny fight. He is critical, but doesn't hate Manny. He just dislikes the excessive fanclub rhetoric, which is kind of fair. It isn't just anti Manny for the sake of it, he wants a super fight to happen and wants Manny to take a drugs test.

Don't we all want Manny to take a drugs test so that we can see it happen? Is anybody really against that idea? Let the man say his piece.

I agree. This is why I say pac fans aren't boxing fans. They don't give a shit about what's fair or right in the sport. As long as Pac is winning that's all they care about.

If the boot was on the other foot and it was pac asking for more rigorous testing and another fighter was coming up with the excuses etc, you can bet your ass the pac fans would be saying everything that I've said.

It seems to be that way. Drug test? Show the evidence first! Well, surely a proper drugs test is the way to produce evidence and shouldn't all top sports athletes be tested properly anyway? Over the head of most it seems. Denial of a test as an athlete is a closet admission that all is not right. Needle allergy? Blood phobia? ....How many excuses were there?

Tbh, I would be quite happy for him to take the tests and if he passes and stays on the winning side then I will admit I am wrong too. I was ready to join the Manny camp after Cotto, but the drug refusal then turned me away again. I respect Manny as an awesome specimen, but see him as someone who refuses a breathalyser test. You don't say no unless you are hiding the amount you drank.
